    Don't know if it checks all your boxes, but I liked King Taco in Covina when I stopped there. It was the best burrito I had ever had... now it is tied with Burrito Loco in Paducah.

    The latter is a drive-up in what looks to be a former Rally's.

    Mike, 20 miles East is Taco Tico from wher you live..
    Taco Tico used to have a Southern Indiana store , after they closed Lexington, Kentucky has one and I have drove past your area whengoing to eat at Taco Tico .

    Taco Bell has a different menu but I visit their location occasionally.
