Before that, I had only ever seen hot dogs cooked via boiling in water or on a grill/barbecue.

Love 'em grilled or cooked over a campfire. I like it when the skin is slightly burned. If I'm boiling, I like to use chicken dogs. They plump up biger then Ballpark's. Of course, I have to wrap a slice of cheese around them as well.
