I moved to two different cities (same company) ..but they
offered to cover moving costs. First it was a 115km move, then
it was a 220km move. Hotel costs were covered for about 2
weeks each time too.
Maybe ask for moving cost coverage if they don't specifically
mention them.
They may, if you are moving from city to city, or interstate, or overseas. But I didn't think to ask, as I was moving within my home city. Technically I *could* commute, it just would be like 3 hours at least a day commuting (on a good day!)
In the end, the salary increase just wasn't enough from my current job to warrant the trouble.
