Just released a new icy_term just in time for christmas :).

Let me know if there are some last minute fixes needed.
    Mostly a bug fix release.

    Awesome, thank you! :)

I'm able to use SSH to connect to Mystic once again, however if I leave the screen idle for 5 seconds I'll get disconnected. Doesn't happen with telnet, only SSH. If it matters I'm running Mystic SSH on port 2222.

Connecting from M2 MacBook Air to Mystic A49 2024/05/29 running on Ubuntu Server 22.04.5. Mystic is using cryptlib 3.4.5.

0.7.10 should fix it however there is still something up with ssh connection.

Too much trouble. Remove SSH ... pointless anyways for a BBS.

I downloaded 0.7.10, as I saw indication in 0.7.9 that is is available.

I cannot connect to my bbs toolazy.synchro.net
    telnet 2323
    ssh 22
    secure web socket 11235

I've never tried websocket in an application; always use ftelnet. so not
sure if I have the correct port.

I assume you add :<port> to the server name in the icy_term config.
    Correct?

Would be glad to test out icy_term; but just not getting anywhere today.
I'm using Synchronet 3.20a on Linux for the BBS.

...Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.

Hey, I'm curious: why would SSH be thought be pointless for a BBS?

They might want to protect their user credentials so others cannot impersonate them and maybe use their account on the BBS to do nefarious things (e.g. attack other systems, send SPAM, etc.), or they want to send sensitive email/netmail. Whatever. Not every BBS is just for playing door games.
