exec/load: remove stale CVS keywords and trailing whitespace

Remove the leftover CVS $Id$ (and $Revision$) comments from 58 libraries,
along with the blank line each one left behind, and strip trailing
whitespace from 84 files. Whitespace and comments only.

Files that use "$Revision$" in code to build a VERSION or REVISION
string (cvslib, event-timer, graphic, json-db, json-sock, sbbslist_html, xbimage_lib) keep their keywords; only their trailing whitespace is
removed.
