javascript skill: console.attributes vs raw ANSI SGR colors
Document that console.attributes reflects the last requested attribute,
not colors set by raw SGR sequences, and that Synchronet restores the
requested attribute after nodesync(), pause prompts, and message/file
displays, so scripts should set colors with Ctrl-A codes or
console.attributes.
