? Simple Pear Pie
" Ingredients:
Pear - 200 g
Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 130 g
Chicken egg - 2 pcs
Sour cream - 50 g
Wheat flour - 180 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Icing sugar

" Preparation:
1. The butter should be at room temperature, so before preparing the pie, take it out of the refrigerator and leave it on the table for 30-40 minutes. I used butter with 82% fat content. Put the soft butter in a deep bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer into a light fluffy mass.
2. Add two medium-sized eggs to the bowl and beat well with mixer whisk again.
3. Add sour cream (I used 10% fat content) to the soft mass and beat well again.
4. Sift the flour with baking powder into the bowl with the obtained soft mass and mix the contents with a spatula until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
5. Grease the baking mold with a piece of butter. I used a mold with a diameter of 22 cm. The smaller the diameter of the mold, the higher the finished pie will be. By the way, this pie sticks well to the walls of the mold, so you can also use non-detachable ceramic, glass or metal molds. Pour the dough into the mold and level it with a spatula.
6. Wash the pears, dry them and cut them into thin slices. If the skin is too rough, it's better to cut it off so that the finished pie will be tender and soft.
7. Place the pear slices on the dough.
8. Send the pie to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
9. Let the finished pie cool a little in the mold, then remove it and transfer it to a plate. The pie can be sprinkled with icing sugar and decorated with mint leaves.
