Carrie Coon's Popular HBO Max TV Show
Is Getting a Christmas Spin-off Like Spider-Verse

Carrie Coon's popular HBO Max TV show is getting an audio Christmas
spin-off album. The audio spin-off is similar to the one previously
seen for Spider-Verse, which featured Jake Johnson. The album will
be released after Season 4 premieres on HBO and HBO Max this year.

According to Deadline, the cast of HBO's The Gilded Age will be
featured on Voices Of The Gilded Age: The Christmas Album. The cast
will record a new collection of holiday classics and original songs
from Concord Theatricals Recordings. Desmond Child will produce the
album.

The ensemble featured on the album includes Ben Ahlers, Christine
Baranski, Laura Benanti, Denee Benton, Carrie Coon, Jordan Donica,
Celia Keenan-Bolger, Audra McDonald, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Donna
Murphy, Kelli O'Hara, Taylor Richardson, Morgan Spector, Taylor
Trensch, and Adrienne Warren.

The album's first single, The World Needs Some Christmas, was
released today. It is performed by Ahlers, with lyrics by Child.
The album will feature 15 songs in total. The tracklist include
It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year by Mitchell, 'Twas The Night
Before Christmas (Part 1, 2, and 3) by Coon and Spector, I Remember
by McDonald, Murphy and O'Hara, I'll Be Home For Christmas by O'Hara,
O Holy Night by Benton and Donica, Let It Snow by Richardson and
Trensch, and Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas by Warren, among
others.

The album will be released digitally, on CD, and on vinyl on Friday,
November 6, 2026.
