    I saw this crime video about (human) body parts dumped in two locations
    in Yavapai County. When I saw that the perp was arrested in Scottsdale,
    I knew I had to ask you if you knew more about this guy and what he was
    doing. I'm assuming your local media would have had some coverage about
    this.

    I really didn't understand why this guy thought he was being a
    whistle-blower and how on earth a pipe bomb figured into this saga. Do
    you know anything about this?
