Mayor Brandon just put up a major entry in the racce for the bottom in
housing but Mayor Mamdani is so far ahead there's no catching up.

If the residential landlord/tenant code gets amended, there will be no
market for ownership of rental units.

That's 5-10 months of rent equivalent relocation payments!
