AMC+ is an Amazon prime plug-in and they claim to have picked up all the
modern Doctor Who?s. $.99 a month for the first two months. However, the
actual listings don?t show the first Clara episode for instance. But they
have one of the five minute interstitial listed as a full length episode.
So I don?t know what to believe.

JustWatch does say that AMC+ has the 2005 reboot "Dr. Who" series, and I
have confirmed on the AMC+ app that the "Dr. Who" reboot (first 13
    seasons) are there.

I did a quick check and it looks like all the season #7 episodes (Pond's
last season, and Clara's first season) are there.

They even have season #1, the Christopher Eccleston season, so I guess I
no longer have an excuse for not sampling (except that I don't have much
time, thanks to World Cup soccer, and "Who" is way down my priority
    list!!).

Fun fact: The original "Dr. Who" series, all seasons, are apparently on Tubi(!!), as well as BritBox.

Thank you for the information. They may all be there, but they are not in
    the correct order.

The snowmen, the first time the Dr meets Clara face-to-face (but not under
that name), is presented as season seven episode 15. But it should actually
be season seven episode 6. Season seven episode five is the Angels take Manhattan, the last Pond episode, and then should go the snowmen, and then should go the bells of St. John where the Dr grieves for Clara?s death in
the snowmen. I have no idea how correct the order of the rest of the
    episodes is.

They even have season #1, the Christopher Eccleston season, so I guess I

Thank you for that as well. The fire stick offered me classic Doctor Who,
but I wasn?t sure where it was coming from.

It's more that those seasons are owned by Disney, and I think Disney is refusing to pass them along to other streamers, at least for now.

Depending on how the actual legalese is worded in the deal contract,
Disney might not have to ever let anyone else have those episodes ...
which would be yet another reason the deal was an incredibly stupid
decision for the BBC management to make.

After the snowman, they play the day of the Dr, and then the time of the

    As to Clara?s name
I watched it again with captioning on

    She introduces herself as Clara
The closed captioning calls her Clara
Her boss at the Rose and Crown tavern calls her Clara
Captain Latimer (who employs her as a governess) calls her Miss Montague, multiple times
Both of the children call her Miss Montague
Madame Vestra refers to her to the Doctor as Miss Clara
Captain Latimer doesn?t have any idea who the Doctor means when he says
Clara to which the doctor tells him ?your current governess is in reality,
    a former barmaid called Clara?
Her tombstone calls her Clara Oswin Oswald, born November 23, 1866, died December 24, 1892
The Doctor flashes back at her gravesite to when she was a Dalek and says
he never knew her full name ?Oswin Oswald, Junior, entertainment manager, starship Alaska? and connects her voice and Oswin with souffl‚ girl,
leaving Madame Vastra and Jenny, completely perplexed

I have no idea who told them her name for the tombstone
