    Ian Hendry wasn't filming episodes because production was shut down due
    to a strike and he didn't return as he was under contract elsewhere.

    After testing 100s of girls to replace Dianna Rigg, they cast Linda
    Thorson. The documentary forgets to mention she was the then producer's girlfriend. He got fired; she got hired.

    It?s hard to imagine that if you tested more than two girls, you?d cast
    Linda Thorson.
