    Nothing.

    What did you watch?

I watched "The Language Sounds That Could Exist, But Don't," from Tom
    Scott.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uZam0ubq-Y

This was a little shallower than I was hoping. He essentially just
looked at the holes in the IPA chart. It was okay, though.

I also watched another Bored to Death. If that show were made today, he
might be in trouble for refusing to let his ex go. She doesn't seem to
find his attention unwelcome, though. She clearly still cares about him.
The main obstacle is that she believes he's an addict, while he believes
that she's oversensitive to partying because her father was an
    alcoholic.

The show is definitely leaning towards her being correct. It'll be
interesting to see how they handle that without some dreary, preachy arc
where he cleans up. That would ruin the show, but they're going to have
to address this one way or another eventually.

    What did everyone else watch?

Just found out that "The Pitt", which was originally
on the higher priced tiers (?Max?), is now available
on the more basic cable channel TNT and.. on demand.

So watched about a half dozen over the past
    couple of days.

    Highly recommended.

I'm curious about this show and tempted to give it a shot. But I have
such a large backlog already, I don't know if I can fit it in.

    On Thursday I watched:

Star Trek: Starfleet Academy - "Vox in Excelso" - I'm not sure how to
describe this one, especially without spoilers. This was a Klingon
focused episode featuring the school's Klingon cadet participating in a
school debate run by the Doctor. That was the school side of the story.
The non school story focused on the Klilngon empire.

Send Help (theatrical) New movie directed by Sam Raimi and starring
Rachel McAdams as a woman whose plane crashes on a remote island. The
only other survivor is her injured boss (Dylan O'Brien). Things go from
bad to worse for O'Brien as he slowly realizes his employee has no real interest in the two of them ever getting off the island. This was a
very good movie. It's basically a cross between "Misery" and "Cast
Away." For the first 30 or so minutes of the movie I was wondering why
did Sam Raimi direct this, the movie didn't seem to need his particular
touch. But once the "Misery" part of the movie kicked in, it became a
pretty hard "R" blood fest and suddenly it made sense that Raimi
    directed it.

I saw an ad for that and was intrigued. I don't go to theaters much, but
maybe I'll catch it when it rotates onto TV. Glad you enjoyed it.

Is it a spoiler to say they destroyed the Klingons and fucked up
