Ian, I don't believe even for a minute that you've had a long-term
objection to federal funding of tv and radio.
I absolutely do. And I shouldn't have to explain why. But especially
once we had cable TV, there was no justification for "public" television >> anymore. (There was never a real justification for public radio.) The
fact that it all quickly devolved into a left-wing circle jerk just
piles on to the fundamental reason.
