I am seeing "??" here; the first "?" is clearly the "UU" and the
second the "NG" of the second transcription.
Sadly, while the article gives the same transcription as the first
above ("/j??/") for Standard German, it does not give a second one, so
whether the "j" is "J" in Standard German is not apparent.
