    The original list has him at 3rd place, but Doomcock's list has
    Kirk in first place, where he should be.

    He placed Picard as the worst with Janeway as runner-up, BTW.

    He listed Picard as worst for not destroying the Borg when he had the chance and Janeway for her incompetence, including stranding them in the Delta Quadrant.

    According to the video, he used to like Picard best, but thinks the
    recent TV show "Picard" screwed it up. (I haven't seen that show yet,
    so no idea if he's correct, but probably is since all the newer stuff
    for every franchise tends to be rather abysmal and make idiotic
    changes.)
