Come to think of it, it's surprising that no primitie society ended up worshipping the Doctor. I can't think of an episode where he's taken for
    a god except briefly.

There's "The Face of Evil," where he becomes a planet's devil, but has
    he ever been one's god?

    Waters of MArs.

When was he worshipped in "Waters of Mars"?

It's a good episode, but I don't recall anything about the Doctor being regarded as a god.

A Savour of one of the Mars Astronauts, sure, but not a God-figure!

    Yeah, no one worships him.
