As usual, the original "The Bionic Woman" was much better than the
awful reboot version which for some silly reason starred a British
ex-soap actor who couldn't act (and hence is back on the same soap
again). Thankfully the reboot was quickly cancelled again. :-\

people born with disabilities struggle with the same problem ...
often not helped by the morons like school bullies.

Not really anything to do with bioincs as such. Many amputees and
people born with disabilities struggle with the same problem ... often
not helped by the morons like school bullies.
One key difference being, the ?bionic? prostheses were so realistic
that nobody could tell.
