RTD keeping the Timeless Child for you.

I wonder how many reviews of TWBTLATS mention the Timeless Child?

If I said zero, would I be close?

    So how is it relevant?

If it doesn't snow on Christmas Day is that because RTD didn't
    retcon the Timeless Child too?

    Whoniverse of RTD.

RTD did not create the 'Timeless Child'... that idea pre-existed
before he came back. So it's not his Whoniverse.

If it doesn't snow on Christmas Day is that because
RTD didn't retcon the Timeless Child too?

    No.

That's not on. Why shouldn't he get the blame if you blame
him for everything else that's not his fault?

He should have retconned the Tiemless Child as asson as
    got the franchise back.

What would that have achieved? It wouldn't have made the
15th Doctor's era any different. RTD would have still
written the same stories for Ncuti Gatwa... and given him
    the same companions and enemies.

Plus, RTD had said he wouldn't unwrite anything that Chris
Chibnall (his "friend") had written. So it was sign posted
from very early on that he wasn't going to retcon the Timeless
Child, so why did people think that he would?

There were issues before the "Timeless Child" era, and after
the "Timeless Child" era, so if you want to point fingers, there
are other people involved in anything you perceive as being poor
about "Doctor Who". RTD can't be blamed for EVERYTHING!
