I remember reading one Dalek comic strip I think. They had all different shaped Daleks, not just the pepper pot looking ones. That's all I
remember. The problem with comic books is that they never start and
finish a story in the same comic unless it's a short rubbish one, so
it's pointless reading most of them unless you're waiting for the dentist.

The TV21 comics my Nan got at jumble sales were all random
issues, so yeah, often I only had bits of stories. 'The Daleks'
strip was an ongoing series of adventures too, so it was only
later on in life when DWM reprinted them under its "Classic
Comics" banner that I got to read the full strips from beginning
    to end.

The Daleks in that comic strip were not drawn very faithfully at
the best of times, even the one that featured in the strip's
header was a bit elongated.... that strip introduced the Golden
Emperor Dalek though, which as a kid I thought was very cool.

it?s perfectly clear. the comics had Daleks. They did not have Dr Who. It

Correct. TV21 had a Daleks comic strip, with no Doctor.

Big Finish also did it quite well with their "Dalek Empire"
series of audio adventures... Daleks with no Doctor.

    Read this slowly Dave...

The Daleks were in TV21... in a comic strip called... [wait for
it]... THE DALEKS... the Doctor wasn't in it, and comic strips
called... [wait for it again]... DOCTOR WHO ... which featured
[yes, you guessed it] THE DOCTOR ... appeared at a later date in
other British comics (TV Action, Countdown, Doctor Who Weekly
    ...etc.)

    Do you understand it now?

Who were the Enemy of The Daleks then?? The Skaro planets
normal population (The Kelads, maybe, or was it Kaleds??)??

In the TV21 comic strips the Mechanoids were the enemy in some
of the stories, and a variety of aliens in others as the Daleks
    expanded through space.

The populations of other Dalek occupied planets??

Pretty much. There was Anti-Dalek resistance from conquered
worlds in various forms throughout the comic strips and audios
    that didn't feature the Doctor.
