Is there any chance of this gateway being modified to repost the whole
poem? It's frustrating that it only posts a snippet. A true gateway
should make the whole site usable from either side.

It's not the gateway that's truncating the poem, Melissa;
it's me. What you see up above is what you get on JLA Forums.
If you recall, we talked over on alt.arts.poetry.comments a while
back about why I post poems on my poetry blog rather than posting
the whole poem on usenet and other social media. Bottom line; I'd
like people to come to my blog.
There have been people in the past who've posted the complete
poems, on the same threads as my promos or on competing
threads, but there are few people on this newsgroup any more.
I can post complete poems, and will this time since you asked,
but I don't want to do it all the time.

Blossom-Time
So long as there is April
My heart is high,
Lifting up its white dreams
To the sky.
As trees hold up their blossoms
In a blowing cloud,
My hands are reaching,
My hands are proud.
All the crumbled splendours
Of autumn, and the cries
Of winds that I remember
Cannot make me wise.
Like the trees of April
Fearless and fair "
My heart swings its censers
Through the golden air.
