Very good issue, brings back great memories......
Good find, another example of Playgrounds Magazine, which published my >>>>>>> poetry and other writing for over two decades.
And so it goes.
And a good read it was...!
Good evening, agreed.
Fish wrap.
Donkeys don't eat fish, and Jordy doesn't like the smell of fish. >>>>>>> Neither can read anyway. Or write.
Even their posts smell old and stale.
But Will likes to count the dead fish wrapped in copies of Playground as
his loyal readers.
Below: Will Donkey and Jordy address his loyal fans.
All of those fish are radioactive, which might affect Jordy's
reproductive abilities. Will was hoping to replace Joey.
They're adopting a son. Will is naming him Joey II.
If Dan Barfly hadn't gone toes up, he would have been right there on the
playground, waiting to catch his next girlfriend at the end of the >>>>>>> slide.
Legend has it, that's how he and Will first met.

Barfly caught Will at the end of the slide when Will was repeating 5th >>>>>> grade for the 10th time. Barfly liked the smell of slides on
playgrounds (not the fish wrap).

Will Donkey, otoh, loves the smell of both.
For Barfly and Will Donkey, there was nothing like the smell of a slide >>>> on a hot summer afternoon. Barfly tried to paint it and Donkey wrote a >>>> poem about it: "Behind the Metal Panties."
Will and Dan would often go out on double dates.
They met their dates through the personal ads in Playgrounds. Great
picture documenting that. Barfly never met a kid that he didn't
like...at least for the afternoon.
"Playgrounds" was the go to magazine for kiddie porn lovers back in the
day. It featured candid photoshoots at local playgrounds, and an
"editorial" by Will Donkey, where he would talk about which playgrounds
were the best to score at.
