Here is my list of the top 10 worst episode series by series of Nu-Who
20 years on.
(The list might change as time passes.)
Series 1) Boom Town
Series 2) Fear Her (The Olympic torch relay and cauldron lighting was excruciating and featured cometary by a self-admitted child abuser. Even with that said the cauldron lighting is still more memorable that the
actual London 2012 cauldron lighting by a bunch of complete nobodies.)
Series 3) 42 (Terrible writing throughout by Chris Chibnall)
Series 4) Midnight

I actually liked Midnight. It was like a 3-act stage play,

Dave, rather than just type agreed or ____ sucks... can you not
just contribute your own list of worst (or best) Doctor Who new
series episodes?
I mean, it's only twenty years so it doesn't have to be a long
list or take you a year to think about it!
Try and contribute something a bit more meaningful anyway...
Worst 10 - hmm. Going backwards in time for variety...
The Devil's Chord. Waste of a great premise, the resolution
was facile - far too casual for killing a God - made no
logical sense. And a fourth-wall breaking disconnected musical
number at the end. They could have done the same song and
dance and fitted it into the script somehow , but nobody tried.
Praxeus. Dreary, plodding and preachy.
Orphan 55. See Praxeus.
The Battle of Ranskoor av Kolos. Dull, flat and just not a
worthy season finale.
Kill the Moon. Stupid beyond belief.
In the Forest of the Night. Boring, stupid beyond belief and
pointless.
The Angels Take Manhattan. Terrible use of Angels, awful send
off and ending for Amy and Rory, and the excuse for never
seeing them again is just absurd and so easy to get around -
just no.
Fear Her. Awful.
Gods and Monsters. Could have been sublime but Peter Kay and
the Absorbaloff were just unutterably awful.
Bad Wolf. The TV pastiches were poor at the time and they
haven't aged well.
Another day, I might list another ten.

Ditto. At the moment though I am happy enough to go with these:
Series 1) Boom Town
The Long Game
Series 2) Fear Her
The Idiot's Lantern (It was close though!)
Series 3) 42
The Lazarus Experiment
Series 4) Midnight
The Sontaran Stratagem
Specials) Planet of the Dead
The Next Doctor (Giant Cyberman!)
Series 5) Amy's Choice
Tough one, but I have to go with Victory of the Daleks, simply
because of those hump-backed monstrosities.
Series 6) Closing Time
Curse of the Black Spot
Series 7) The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe
The Power of Three
Specials) The Time of the Doctor
Series 8) Kill The Moon
In the Forest of the Night (Another close one!)
Series 9) Face the Raven
Sleep No More
Series 10) The Pilot
The Battle of Ranskoor Av Kolos
And that's where Doctor Who ends.
Series 11 - The Tsuranga Conundrum
Series 12 - Orphan 55
Series 13 - The Vanquishers (Flux Chapter 6)
Tennant Specials - Wild Blue Yonder
Series 14 - Space Babies

Not if he's in it. The highest rating episode of his first
series was the one he wasn't in. No one wants to watch this
mentally ill degenerate prancing around like a sexually
frustrated peacock and they most certainly don't want their

Can peacocks prance? I’m no twitcher or birder or anything like that,

This has nothing to do with the Doctor being turned into a
woman. It has everything to do with William Hartnell's entire
legacy being erased and being replaced with a monster created
from an abducted child that was repeatedly abused and murdered
by its abductor, changing race and gender over and over and
over again in the process, before being brainwashed and being
turned into an agent of genocide, after which when realising
the enormity of it's crimes, ran, was captured, and was turned
into a baby boy of a different race and gender once again, and
that is supposed to be the first Doctor, the Timeless Child!
No one who is a genuine Doctor Who fan can accept that
degenerate monstrosity as being the Doctor.
