    Moving my reply to Memories as I think it could be more appropriate there.

    I got a Roll Film Camera in the early 1950's and had the film developed at a Drugs Store nearby.
    They used Acorn company to process and make prints.

    I remember taking film to Taylor Drugs to get it developed and, later, sometimes KMart when we got one. I cannot remember if TG&Y offered film development but I don't think they did.

    Funny how I can remember when KMart & TG&Y moving into the area was a big
    deal, but now there are no KMarts, Taylor's, or TG&Y left.

    IIRC, Taylor's was affiliated with Rexall. Unless things have changed recently, Rexall still exists in Canada but anytime I see that logo here in
    the states, it is on a long-closed building or hanging in Cracker Barrel somewhere. ;)

    In the latter case, sounds like it might not be hanging there much longer!
