    I use Hurricane Electric's dns.he.net. It supports IPv6, and is free of charge for customers of HE's IPv6 certification and/or tunnelbroker services.

    I just want to add ... after years of free redirection-service I decided to shell-out a couple of bucks. "for free" has its setbacks ...

    I run my own DNS server and openwrt on my router updates my DNS. Never fails...except I don't run my BBS from home :)

    I use namecheap for my DNS registration and in the DNS host configuration I can set up Dynamic IP addresses. I believe they have a service you can run locally to keep it updated.
