  • FileArea - sync files

    Howdy,

    Just joined FidoNet (node 1:226/20) and am interacting with FileFix to subscribe to areas and get files.

    Subscribed to them all-right, however, unlike AreaFix I do not see "Rescan" option for files...

    While I do not need a lot of them, I would like to sync the bases containing NodeLists and such - the important FidoStuff ...

    So, is there a way?

    Sometimes, ask your uplink if they support rescans of file areas.

    In my experience it is not often supported and when it is you need to provide a filename and file area so you can grab files one at a time if you have that info.
