    Ice Cream Sandwich Snacks

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    3 1/2 oz Instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/4 Milk
    8 oz Whipping cream or cool whip
    Graham crackers -- up to 18
    Decorative sprinkles

    Mix pudding with milk. Chill 5 minutes. Whip cream and fold into
    pudding. Spread about 1/3 cup on a cracker and top with another
    cracker. Add sprinkles to sides of "sandwich". Wrap in plastic wrap
    and freeze.

    Hints:

    Put sprinkles on before adding top cracker. It is easier and less
    mess.

    Also, I flash freeze these before wrapping. Again, less mess.

    4 wrapped sandwiches will fit in a 1 qt sized ziploc bag.
