1/2 c Split mung beans
1/8 ts Turmeric
1 lb Cauliflower; chopped
1/4 ts Cumin seed
1 ts Grated coconut
3 cl Garlic
Salt
Bring beans to a boil in 1-1/2 cups water. Cook for 15 minutes, then
add the cauliflower, turmeric, and coconut ground into a paste with
the cumin. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
