I had a function with a std::chrono::milliseconds paramter and I wanted
to pass a constant with a chrono-literal. I had to use using namespace std::chrono before that call.
Then I thought it would be really nice that if I have parameter of a namespace-scoped type to have a using namespace xxx, exactly for the
scope of the type while passing this paramter (and not for other para- parameters).
What do you think about that ?
