Bummer; what kind of health issue? I get my owndays/weeks like this, too. . .

But no iPad, so I'm just offline for a time if I need to take restful healing time. . .

I haven't heard from Erich in a year or so.

The last time I heard from Erich he asked me to take over his MOBILE echo. When I asked him why he told me it was because he had health concerns.

I don't know exactly what he meant by that and I haven't heard from him since.

He annoyed me at times but I supposed I annoyed him at times too.

I hope he is in a good place, wherever he is.

On Mar 18 2022 he posted a message in MOBILE that he would not
be able to continue to moderate that echo.

He described his situation as bedridden and needed help with
practically everything. He was also in a lot of pain most of
the time. Tapping away on a tablet was one way he could reach
out to communicate.

Perhaps someone in Fido-land knows him from several years prior
and could possibly track down more info?

I don't know why that would make a difference. He frequented other BBSs to, Vertrauen at least.

He had his own BBS also (Park Avenue Place). I helped him set that up. That was Synchronet. I don't know why he didn't keep that up.
