Delta Air Lines passengers can now watch live sports during international flights. The US airline has partnered with entertainment company IMG to make this possible.
Through Delta Sync Wi-Fi, travelers gain access to the sports channels Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra. These channels broadcast content such as Premier League matches (English football league), Formula 1 races, and NFL games.
The service is available on international flights to and from the United States. Passengers can watch the sporting events on their own smartphones, tablets, or laptops. A free SkyMiles membership is required to use the service.
