Wasn't "pro" a limited edition or something?
XP SP3 here on a Thinkpad T60 and recently upgraded from 250GB hdd to a 1TB ssd.
BTW..
Are you watching any of these others? W.r.t "xp" there seems to be many similar ones:
alt.comp.os.windows-xp
alt.os.windows-xp
alt.windows-xp
and,
alt.os.windows.xp
I'm running XP Pro on a T60p Thinkpad that was my corporate computer
some years ago. I think I bought from the company for $100 when they
gave me an upgrade. XP Pro was commonly used for corporate computers.
The only issue I have with it is logging in. It still wants my old
corporate login ID and PW. It works, but I would like to delete it as an unnecessary step.
