The Old Computer Challenge was conceived by Solene Rapenne in 2021,
inviting people from all walks of life to experience a single week in
July with an old machine. The aim of that challenge was to both
highlight and downplay the importance of modern hardware and the recent
world of popular technology.

Considering I'm currently using my Atari800 over a 2400 baud dial-up connection
to read and respond to this message, I should probably go check out that site!

gopher://magical.fish might work well on an Atari 400. It might
needs tons of word-wrapping, or maybe you can find some terminal
software to set a 80x24/25 screen...

Hm, not sure about the 400, but there's an early version of Ice-T that will run
on the 800. FlickerTerm80 might also run on those. Kermit65 also does 80 columns. There might be another decent one that I'm forgetting, but there are also some bad ones.
