i Was using a Very old Program Call DNEWS (its a usenet server) on Windows can filter all the Crap But Only Work on Windows 95 it was on Virtual PC
it was program/set and was Stable

I searching for a usenet Server or proxy (Windows) that filtering all the Spam/ads/ref all of them Does not, Not only the Subject but also the Body

Many use Reference HTTP to Crap stoff

You can use a newsreader with filters (e.g. Claws Mail) to filter it.
You can also run your own INN and install filter software like
cleanfeed.
