    Hi All.

Bloody hell. On relfecting on life, and the meaning of it all... it seems like the formula used in nearly every video game is the same as the one the universe has used to construct me/us.

Life and video game formula appear to be eerily similar.

Seems like every level gets harder. And when you think you hve fought the final boss, a bigger, badder one emerges. You also realise towards the end that the first levels seemed hard but were stupidly easily, especially if you replay them as an expert. Although you know it won't be as good if you try again.

Cheat codes also defeat the point of the game, or don't work at all.

Anyone else out there maddly pressing ESC and CTRL-Q and even ALT-CTRL-DELETE? Or do we play until all the lives are gone and just enjoy the ride?

Seems like the final boss is pretty much impossible to beat. Maybe that is the whole point - it can't be done, and it is something long the lines of enjoying the game itself. Meh.

I don't like the game at all anymore. Not even slightly, and I deeply regret getting it. It glitches constantly, even though I remember it running well once. It has gotten too slow and laggy to bother with.

Sorry if that is too much, but it seemed like a way of distracting myself. Who is even reading this?

Isn't that the "permanent solution to a temporary problem"? I totally get and agree with your analogy. I think back at how easy it would be to go through childhood and adolesence with the knowledge, experience and confidence that I have now. But we don't get to do that and maybe like you said, it wouldn't be as "fun" the second time (although much of it wans't actually that fun). But do I do feel like giving up or restarting? Heck no, never. I hope you don't either.

No problem. I got something from it.

    Who is even reading this?

    Count me. :-)

Looks like maybe you've installed too many mods... Mods can cause instability and performance issues ;)
    Jokes aside -
It is what it is. I'm probably not the only one to wish I could reload an older save, but this game we're playing has autosave and there's no other game around.
One thing I've learnt for sure is that every decision counts in a setting like that. I don't understand why anyone would scream YOLO right before doing something reckless :D
    YOLO should be a warning!
